Using ServiceChannel Provider Mobile for the First Time

First Time Using ServiceChannel Provider

Before using the ServiceChannel Provider mobile app, you must be invited as an internal technician. Your company will send this invitation through an email; you must accept the invitation in order to use ServiceChannel Provider Mobile.

Accepting an FTM Invitation and Creating an Account

To log in to SC Provider, you first need to create an account. 

⦿ How to Accept an FTM Invitation and Create an Account
  1. Check your email for the invitation.

  2. Tap Start Now.
    Start Now button in the invitation email allows techs to create their SC accounts
    You are navigated to the registration form.
  3. Provide the required information, and tap Next to proceed.Registration form
  4. (Optional) Tap Upload to add your profile picture to your ServiceChannel account.Screen where you can upload the profile picture
  5. Create a unique password.Creating a password

    Please note that your password should:

    • Be at least 6 characters long
    • Contain at least one digit
  6. Make sure the checkbox next to ServiceChannel terms of service is selected. 

  7. When ready, tap Submit.

  8. Choose to download the ServiceChannel FTM mobile app through either the App Store or Play Store.

    Confirmation screen letting you know that the SC account was created successfully






    With the user ID and password created, you can now log in to the ServiceChannel Provider mobile app and see assigned service requests.
