Projects Module allows facilities and project managers to create, edit, manage, and oversee multiple projects at once for a single location. Projects Module enables the separation between individual work orders and proposals versus creating an actual project for a location. 




Accessing this Module

Contact your SC Account Manager to turn this on.

 How to Access
  1. In Service Automation, click the Navigation Menu button on the upper left hand side. A list of modules will appear.
  2. Click on Projects to enter the Projects Module where you will land on the Projects Tab page.
 Permissions

A user needs to have the following Permissions:

  1. Project Manager
  2. Financial Manager and Financial Manager Administration.
