Service Automation Admin Modules

The Service Automation Administration module, or Admin, is designed to provide you with self-service functionality to perform system administration tasks. You can use Admin to configure and manage the following features within Service Automation.




Accessing this Module

Contact your SC Account Manager to turn this on. 

 How to Access
  1. Log in to Service Automation using your username/password or through single sign-on service.
  2. On the top-left of the page, click the menu icon and select Admin > Location Note Headers.

You will see the Location Notes Headers page, where you can add, edit, or delete location note headers.

 Permissions

Turn on the Admin User permission (Admin module).

Speak with your internal ServiceChannel administrator to turn on this permission
