Projects under Service Automation Administration supports how a user is able to perform in the Projects Module to manage their location's project. Projects offers the ability to add:
- Project Reviewers.
- Project Approvers.
- Project Rules.
- Types & Categories.
- General Configuration.
Users with either the Admin or Super Admin role can assign users to Projects in Admin > Permissions, as illustrated below.
