 How to Access:

Refrigerant Tracking Manager is embedded into the regular Service Automation work flow, therefore, anyone who can create a work order has access to creating a work order for a refrigerated assets.

  1. In an Internet browser, enter your client URL (for example, 
    yourbusiness.servicechannel.com).
  2. Enter your User ID and Password.
  3. Click Login
 Permissions

Your internal ServiceChannel administrator creates User IDs for this platform and sets the appropriate permissions to modules (such as Work Orders, RFPs, Invoices, or others.)
