Logging in to ServiceChannel Provider Mobile and Resetting a Forgotten Password

Logging in to ServiceChannel Provider with an Email
After you have successfully activated your account, you may log in to manage your work orders.
- Open the ServiceChannel Provider mobile app. The login screen appears.
- Enter your user ID and password, and then tap Login. The FTM home page appears.
Note: The app may prompt you to accept notifications, so you will know when you have a work order assigned to you. ServiceChannel recommends that you accept these notifications.
- Tap Work Orders. The list of work orders assigned to you appears.
Logging in to ServiceChannel Provider via SSO
You can sign in via the single sign-on (SSO) system if this option is configured for your company.
- Launch the SC Provider mobile app.
- Tap SSO, enter your SSO ID, and then tap Login.
You will be redirected to your organization’s sign-in page. - Log in to your organization’s network by providing your username and password.
Once authenticated, you will automatically get to the ServiceChannel Provider mobile app. The WOs list appears.
Resetting a Forgotten Password
Should you forget your ServiceChannel Provider Mobile password, you may reset it through the mobile app.
- Open the ServiceChannel Provider mobile app. The home page appears.
- Tap Forgot Password?.
Enter your email address used to activate your account, and then tap Proceed. The link to reset your password is sent to the specified email address.
Note: The email link is only active for 24 hours.The link becomes inactive when not used to reset your password within 24 hours. You must go through the above steps again to reset your password.
