Platform Benchmarking Dashboard

The Platform Benchmarking Dashboard is the newest feature of Contractor Scorecard that benchmarks provider performance down to each performance category KPI so you can get a true comparison of like performance. Dig in deep to get a true view of provider performance and benchmark them against the entire ServiceChannel platform or just within your provider network. View benchmarking by primary trade, priority, area, CBSA, industry etc. Just like the Network Summary Dashboard, benchmarking is broken down into four performance tiers: bottom, below average, average, and top.

Performance tiers are meant to give greater context in terms of the whole range of performance. A provider might be on the cusp of the next tier and just needs to tweak one or two things to be excellent. The range of data might be small, which would indicate performance across that scenario is the same and you're getting reliable performance from your provider. However, if the range is quite wide,  that means there is a lot of ability for a provider to change performance, in which case you can bring this up during reviews. Or you might decide you'd like to look on Provider Search and find a tried and true better performing provider.
