ServiceHealth allows you to view the working status of Service Automation and other ServiceChannel products. On a minute-by-minute basis we monitor Service Automation to ensure all customers can log in and perform their tasks. When there is an issue with a ServiceChannel product, our team dispatches a public alert with the details of the issue, as well as an estimated time of resolution and any workarounds, when applicable.
Accessing Service Health
On the Service Health page, you may sign up to receive ServiceHealth notices by email or SMS text message. We recommend that you sign up for ServiceHealth notifications to become aware of issues before you encounter them, or to see if an issue you are encountering was already acknowledged by our team.
ServiceHealth is accessible on our ServiceChannel website.
How to Access Service Health
At the top-left corner of the screen, click the menu icon and select ServiceHealth. The ServiceHealth page appears, showing the Current Status for each Product, as well as the status for each product over the past 7 days.
(Optional) On the bottom of the page, enter your Name, Email, and Cell (Mobile) Phone Number to receive ServiceHealth notifications when there are minor or major issues.
