When you employ a number of external service providers for your business, it is important for you to maintain a healthy relationship with them while ensuring they provide you with quality services. With Compliance Manager, you can invite and accept service providers to your network and monitor whether service providers are compliant with your requirements in order to reduce the possibility of risks or losses due to non-compliance.

 How to Access

Through Fixxbook.com

  1. In your Internet browser, go to www.fixxbook.com, and in the top-right corner of the browser window, click Login.
  2. Enter your email and password in the respective text boxes.
  3. Click Login. The Compliance Summary page opens.

Through Service Automation Single Sign On (SSO)

  1. In your Internet browser, go to https://login.servicechannel.com, and enter your username and password.
  2. Click Login. The Service Automation home page appears.
  3. In the upper-left corner, click the hamburger menu > Compliance (Private Network). 
    The Compliance Summary page opens.
