Changing the Invitation Expiration Date

The default expiration time period is 30 days. To give providers more time to view and take action on your invitation, you can extend the invitation expiration time. You can give your providers either 7 or 15 more days to get back to you with the response to your invitation.

⦿ How to Change the Invitation Expiration Date
  1. On the Invite Details page of the desired provider, click Actions.
  2. In the drop-down list that appears, click Extend Expiration.
  3. Select the needed option:
    • 7 more days
    • 15 more days

Alternatively, you can extend the invitation expiration period from the Active Invitations page. You can select multiple invitations to take action in bulk.

⦿ How to Extend the Invitation Period for Multiple Providers
  1. On the Active Invitations page, select the providers for whom you want to extend the invitation period.
  2. Click Actions.
  3. In the drop-down list that opens, click Extend Expiration.
  4. Select the needed option:
    • 7 more days
    • 15 more days
  5. Click Submit.
    The Expiration Date has been updated.
