Viewing Active Invitations
Once you have opened the My Invitations page, you will be redirected to the Active Invitations section.
Navigating the Active Invitations Page
On the Active Invitations page, invitations that have not expired and are still in process are listed. On this page, you can filter, sort, and search for invitations; you can also view compliance information and take action on the invitations.
Check the detailed description of the available actions below.
A. Search for the invitations by Name, E-mail, and other criteria.
B. Sort active invitations by Company Name, Invitation Date, and Expiration Date.
C. Take action on the selected active invitations. For example, you can accept, decline, or revoke the invitation; you can also apply labels, send emails, and more. Learn about Managing Active Invitations.
D. Filter the invitations by Status, Compliance Completion, Invited By, Labels, and Trade.
E. Act on multiple invitations in bulk.
F. View the general invitation information on the invitation card.
Active Invitations Statuses
Active invitations go through several stages. Check the definition of each status below.
Sent. The invitation was dispatched to the service provider who has yet to accept it.
Pending. The service provider accepted your invitation but has not completed the minimum requirements of dispatch preferences.
Replied. The service provider accepted your invitation and completed all requirements.
Open Invite. The service provider has sent you a request to join your network.
