Alerts and Messages

Alerts and Messages let you keep track of your activity and service provider activity in your private network.

Unread alerts

Alerts

Alerts provide information about changes that service providers make to their account, such as changing remittance address or dispatch information. You may configure these alerts to appear in Compliance Manager and/or your email account. (See Managing Alerts Subscription for more information.)

In Compliance Manager, the total number of unread alerts displays in a red box above Alerts (bell icon) in the submenu at the top. Hovering the mouse over Alerts opens a preview of last three unread alerts. You may open an alert by clicking on it in the preview.

⦿ How to view Alerts
  1. In the far-right corner of the submenu at the top, click Alerts (bell icon). The Alerts page appears, displaying unread messages in blue and read messages in white.
  2. Click the desired alert. The Alert details pop-up displays details of the change made and the date and time the change was made.
  3. Click Close. The Alerts page displays.

Messages

Messages provide information about key activities on your company’s Compliance Manager account, including

  • Actions you perform, such as inviting service providers and accepting service providers into your private network
  • Certain service provider actions such as rejecting an invitation

Each message shows the action performed, service provider status (active, inactive, or outside of the network), and sender and recipient details.

When you have unread incoming messages, a red box with the total number of unread incoming messages appears above Messages (envelope icon).
