⦿ How to Access Compliance Manager through Fixxbook.com
  1. In your Internet browser, go to www.fixxbook.com, and in the top-right corner of the browser window, click Login.
  2. Enter your email and password in the respective textboxes.
  3. Click Login. The Compliance Summary page opens.
⦿ How to Access Compliance Manager through Your Service Automation Account

You can access Compliance Manager through Your Service Automation account only when you have Single Sign On set up between the two accounts.

  1. In your Internet browser, go to https://login.servicechannel.com, and enter your username and password.
  2. Click Login. The Service Automation home page appears.
  3. On the top-left, click the menu icon and select Compliance (Private Network). The Compliance Summary page opens.

  1. In the top-right corner of the screen, click your username. A drop-down list appears.
  2. Click Logout.
