Inactive invitations are those that are no longer effective, such as invitations that are accepted, declined, or expired, for example. Inactive invitations are located on the Invitation History page.

Inactive Invitation Statuses

The statuses of inactive invitations are:

Accepted. Service provider accepted your invitation, completed your requirements, and you accepted them into your network.
Revoked. Invitation that you revoked before the service provider accepted the invitation.
Declined. Invitation that you declined after the service provider accepted it. Or the invitation that was declined by the provider.
Expired. Invitation is past the expiration date without the service provider accepting or declining the invitation.

Viewing Inactive Invitations

You may also view associated details for each inactive invitation; the details are the same as for active invitations, except that the profile completion information is available only for active invitations.

You can perform various actions on inactive invitations, such as:

Changing expiration dates for expired invitations
Exporting invitations
Deleting invitations

Changing Expiration Date

After an invitation expires, you may extend the expiration date to allow the service provider more time to respond.

You cannot change expiration date for an Accepted invitation, since the service provider was accepted into your network.

⦿ How to Change the Expiration Date

On the Invite Details page of the desired provider, click Extend.
In the drop-down list that appears, select the needed option:
- 7 more days
- 15 more days
Click Submit.

Select the Extend Expiration period and click Submit

The Expiration Date has been updated.

Alternatively, you can extend the invitation expiration period from the Invitation History page. You can select multiple invitations to take action in bulk.

⦿ How to Change Invitation Date for Multiple Providers

On the Invitation History page, select the providers for whom you want to extend the invitation period.
Click Actions.
In the drop-down list that opens, click Extend Expiration.
Select the needed option:
- 7 more days
- 15 more days
Click Submit.
The Expiration Date has been updated.

Exporting Inactive Invitations

You can export inactive invitation data for your personal use.

⦿ How to Export Inactive Invitations

On the Invitations History page, select the providers for whom you want to export the invitations.
Click Actions.
In the drop-down list that opens, click Export Invitations.
Click Download.
The MS Excel file with the invitation details has been downloaded to your device.

Deleting Invitations

You can delete inactive invitations should you want to clean up your invitation history.

⦿ How to Delete Invitations

On the Invitation History page, select the checkboxes next to the desired invitations.
Click Actions.
Click Delete.
On the pop-up window that appears, click Delete to confirm your action.

You can also delete a single invitation by clicking the Delete button on the Invite Details page and clicking Delete on the overlay that appears.
