Contractor Scorecard in Service Automation

You can now access the Contractor Scorecard in Service Automation when you have the permission Contractor Scorecard User turned on. You do not need an analytics license to view the scorecard in Service Automation when this permission is turned on for your user ID.

Access the Contractor Scorecard from the drop down menu on the left under Contractor Scorecard, and the Contractor Scorecard will be displayed in Service Automation. See Contractor Scorecard for details on how to read and harness the power of the scorecard.
