Revoking the Invitation

If you want for some reason to revoke a Sent invitation, you have two options: revoke it from the Active Invitations page or from the Invite Details page

⦿ How to Revoke the Provider Invitation(s)
  1. On the Active Invitations page, select the providers for whom you want to revoke the invitation.
  2. Click Actions.
  3. In the drop-down list that opens, click Revoke.
  4. (Optional) Customize the message for the provider.
  5. Click Confirm on the pop-up window that appears.


Alternatively, on the Invite Details page of the invitations in the Sent status:

  1. Click Actions.
  2. Click Revoke in the drop-down list that opens.
  3. (Optional) Customize the message for the provider.
  4. Click Confirm on the pop-up window that appears.
