Revoking the Invitation
If you want for some reason to revoke a Sent invitation, you have two options: revoke it from the Active Invitations page or from the Invite Details page
⦿ How to Revoke the Provider Invitation(s)
- On the Active Invitations page, select the providers for whom you want to revoke the invitation.
- Click Actions.
- In the drop-down list that opens, click Revoke.
- (Optional) Customize the message for the provider.
- Click Confirm on the pop-up window that appears.
Alternatively, on the Invite Details page of the invitations in the Sent status:
- Click Actions.
- Click Revoke in the drop-down list that opens.
- (Optional) Customize the message for the provider.
- Click Confirm on the pop-up window that appears.
The Invitation(s) has(have) been revoked.
