Reviewing Provider’s Financial Information

Understanding a provider's financial standing is crucial to assess stability and reliability. It enables them to mitigate risks, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure compliance with regulations, fostering trust and confidence in their partnerships.
In ServiceChannel, four financial sections are available for reviewing and managing:
W9 Form

Remittance
| Remittance locations and related information |
Sales Tax | Information for each region the service provider offers services |
Banking | Information for banking country, account type, business contact, and provider’s status. |
- From the desired service provider’s profile, hover over the Fixxbook Profile tab at the top left.
- Click Financial Info.
The W9 form displays. - Use the left menu to navigate to each desired section.
The W-9 Form Section
In this section, you can view the current provider’s information entered by them.
- Click the Print button to print the displayed information.
The Remittance Section
This section shows the remittance addresses entered by the provider. Additionally, you can view the detailed info by clicking the View button.
For better account management, you can enter a Tax ID and Site Code for each remittance address. After entering information, click Enter on the keyboard to save changes.
Note that as soon as you enter the Site Code, your provider will get a notification of it.
The Sales Tax Section
Here, you can view if a provider collects and remits taxes for each state.
The Banking Section
In this section, you view additional financial information:
- W-9 Legal Business Name
- Banking Country
- Account Type
- Business Contact
- Status
