Filtering and Searching for Providers in Compliance Overview
Compliance Overview has filters that help you rearrange the providers’ list as you need. You may apply one filter at a time or a combination of them. Thus, you get a comprehensive list of the providers that correspond with the selected filtering criteria.
Filtering Providers in Compliance Overview
By default, the In Network filter is applied to the table, so you can see the list of providers who are already in your network. All of the providers’ names in the table are listed alphabetically.
Clicking on the provider's name in the Providers List, you will be directed to the tab showing the provider’s compliance requirements progress detail.
There are six filters within Compliance Overview:
- Compliance Status
- Network Status
- Rank
- Insurance
- Trade
- Label
Navigate between the tabs below to read about each filter option:
- Go to ServiceChannel.com > Hamburger Menu > Compliance Manager. The Compliance Overview page appears.
- On the Compliance Overview page, start selecting filters. You may apply one filter at a time or use a combination of them.
- Should you need to cancel the filter, clear the checkboxes one by one in the drop-down list of the filter or click the Clear All button.
Should you need to reset all filters, click the Clear All button to the right of the filter tabs.
If none of your providers match the filters you select, you will see no results, and ServiceChannel will prompt you to remove filters and try again.

Searching for Providers in Compliance Overview
A search box is displayed to the right of the filters allowing you to do a text search across the providers’ names.
- Go to ServiceChannel.com > Hamburger Menu > Compliance Manager. The Compliance Overview page appears.
- In the Search providers text field, start entering a provider’s name. The list of matching providers appears.
- Click the provider(s)’ name to select it or press Enter on your keyboard to apply the searched text.
Once you have selected one or several search results, the table shows only providers that match this result. - Click the Cross icon on the Search providers text field to remove the searched text from filtering the table.
