Accessing Compliance Overview

With the Compliance Overview, you can:
- View general Compliance Statistics on your in-network providers.
- Filter providers according to your criteriaChoose which compliance requirements to display in the dynamic Compliance Table.
- Check if providers satisfy your compliance requirements.
- View and take action on insurance from the Compliance Table.
- Email, flag providers as Do Not Dispatch, and take other action on providers.
- Go to ServiceChannel.com > Hamburger Menu > Compliance (Private Network). The Compliance Overview page appears.
The Compliance Overview tab can be divided into the following sections:
a. Visual Statistics. It shows the number of compliant and non-compliant in-network providers, what insurance status they have, and how many of them are on the Do Not Dispatch list.
b. Filtering Criteria. They allow you to filter providers according to your needs.
c. The Search For textbox. It allows you to enter text to view specific providers in the table.
d. The Actions button. It houses a range of actions to undertake: export provider information in an MS Excel file, email providers, apply labels, and add/remove the Do Not Dispatch flag.
e. Providers List. The list of the providers corresponding to the applied filters.
f. Compliance Requirements. Each requirement represents a column with providers’ compliance statuses. They allow you to monitor which of the demands your providers meet.
g. Column Selector. It gives you the ability to manage (add/remove) columns that represent compliance requirements.
h. Pagination. It allows you to manage the number of providers shown in the table at one time.
