Score Factors

With the score factors, you can analyze provider effectiveness by 4 criteria based on the provider’s previous work history. Thus, you ensure that you invite only reliable providers for your projects.

You can evaluate providers by the following scores:

  • The Search Score number is a weighted average of all four scores. The color of the individual score tab indicates whether this provider is good (green), average (yellow), or below average (red) for that particular score.
  • The Quality score shows how accurately the provider performs the work.
  • The Price score defines how cost-effective the provider is
  • The Speed score shows how fast the provider completes work orders.
  • The Engagement score shows how actively the provider improves their work using ServiceChannel

Score States

You may see 0 or N/A in the place of the score number.

  • When a score is 0, the provider’s actual performance number for a score is 0.
  • A score of N/A means there is insufficient data on the provider's performance to calculate a score.

By default, you see the providers scores for all trades. Use the pull-down menu in the upper-right corner to see their scores for a specific trade.

Price Score

The Price score is also determined by specific areas the provider serves. You can look at pricing scores for different regions by filtering them by location.

⦿ How to View the Price Score by Location
  1. Click on the Price Score section. The Geolocation menu appears under the Engagement Score.
  2. Select the specific location from the Geolocation dropdown menu.

You will not see the Geolocation menu when the provider does not have enough work orders in any single area to calculate a score.
