Navigating the Opportunities List Page in Provider Search

On the Opportunities List page, you can organize Opportunity Cards by status and sorting options for more specific results.

By default, all Opportunity Cards are sorted in descending order by savings and are in the Open status.

Your next step is viewing replacement mapping options

Each Opportunity Card consists of 6 sections:

  1. The Current Provider’s Name: A link that allows for the replacement with new providers. Click the link to be redirected to the provider’s profile.
  2. The Potential Improvement: Measured in either dollars or percentages, indicating the possible savings or performance enhancements.

The improvement is calculated as averages of the Replacement Mapping Options scores. These scores are, in turn, calculated based on the average scores of individual opportunity providers within a Mapping Group.

  3. The Card Status: Indicates the current workflow stage of an opportunity (Open, Viewed, In Progress, Dismissed, Completed).
  4. Potential Score Improvements: Displays the average percentage improvement (%) across four scores for an opportunity.
  5. The Details of each Opportunity Card show:
    • Trade for replacement
    • Locations for replacement.

Click Locations to see potential locations where you can replace your current provider.

  6. The Action buttons (Dismiss and View Opportunity): These buttons allow you to either remove an opportunity from the list or view Replacement Mapping Options.
