Navigating the Replacement Mapping Options Page

Your previous step was navigating the Opportunities List.


On the Replacement Mapping Options page, you can view a subset of providers (Mapping Group), filter them by work type and coverage. You can also sort them by scores and the number of providers included in a subset.  

By default, Mapping Groups are displayed without any filters applied and sorted in descending order by savings.

⦿ How to Navigate the Replacement Mapping Options Page
  1. To access the Replacement Mapping Options page, click Provider Search > View all > View Opportunity or click View on one of the top Opportunity Cards on the Provider Search page.



  2. (Optional) In the Provider Type filter, select the Diverse/Self-Performer checkbox or Select All. 
  3. (Optional) In the Coverage filter, select the Local/Regional/Multi-regional/National checkbox or Select All.


  4. (Optional) In the Sort By drop-down list, select one of the following options to sort the list by: 
    • Savings. Mapping Group Options will be organized in descending order by potential annual savings. 
    • Engagement. Mapping Group Options will be organized in descending order by the potential engagement percentage (%) increase.  
    • Quality. Mapping Group Options will be organized in descending order by the potential quality percentage (%) increase. 
    • Speed. Mapping Group Options will be organized in descending order by the potential speed percentage (%) increase. 
    • Number of Providers. Mapping Group Options will be organized in a descending order by the number of providers in each group.


  5. (Optional) On a Mapping Group, click Score Breakdown to see a comparison of the current provider with a Mapping Group detailing the potential improvement across different scores and specific score metrics.


     Expand the section to read more about Score Breakdown.

    On the right side of the page, you can select a Mapping Group for comparison against the current provider and navigate between the scores for the selected Mapping Group.


    Score Breakdown table allows you to compare the performance of the current primary-ranked provider and the average performance of opportunity providers in that group across a set of locations for a specific trade.


    Hover over the metric info icon to learn more about each of them. 

    • Click Select Group on a Mapping Group card or within the comparison table to view the collection of providers in that Mapping Group.



  6. (Optional) Click Select Group on a Mapping Group card to view a collection of providers in that Mapping Group.



    Your next step is replacing a current provider.

Each Mapping Group has 6 sections: 

  1. Number of Providers indicates the total number of providers in the mapping group available for potential replacement. 
  2. The Label appears if you have applied the Provider Type/Coverage filters, indicating the coverage type.  
  3. The Potential Improvement value measured either in dollars or percentages indicates potential savings or performance enhancements. 
  4. Potential Score Improvements show the average percentage improvement (%) across four scores for an opportunity. 
  5. The Score Breakdown link opens the details of score improvements for further review. 
  6. The Select Group button allows you to view a list of opportunity providers within selected Mapping Group.
