Creating a New Service Request from the Home Page
From the Service Automation home page, you can access the Service Request search criteria to locate and use a location Dashboard. Permissioned users, with access to both Service Automation and Dashboard, can navigate from Service Automation to access the Dashboard to enter a work order.

⦿ How to Create New Service Request from the ALP Page
- Click Create Service Request now located in the top right corner. The Search by Location page appears.
- Select your location and dashboard type from the drop downs.
