Creating a New Service Request from the Home Page

From the Service Automation home page, you can access the Service Request search criteria to locate and use a location Dashboard. Permissioned users, with access to both Service Automation and Dashboard, can navigate from Service Automation to access the Dashboard to enter a work order.

⦿ How to Create New Service Request from the ALP Page
  1. Click Create Service Request now located in the top right corner. The Search by Location page appears.
  2. Select your location and dashboard type from the drop downs.
