Interacting with the Digital Success Bot and Chat

If you are getting stuck on a task you are trying to complete and are not sure where to turn, start with the Digital Success Bot – your friendly bot, bringing you relevant information and help for what you're working on at that moment.  If you still get stuck, click on Chat to communicate with ServiceChannel Application Support.


Digital Success Bot

When you click on the Digital Success Bot, there are many types of learning help displayed that is updated regularly with relevant content.


You can:

  • Watch Foundational Watch & Learn and Getting Started Videos 
  • Read ServiceChannel University Articles
  • Learn Tips of the Week
  • View Release Notes
  • Take a Digital Success Walkthrough of ServiceAutomation.

 You can find this grad cap icon next to modules and features. Hover over the icon for a short description and click on the cap to start a walk-through on that feature.


Note

You may or may not see the Digital Success Bot at the bottom of your screen. If you would like this bot, contact your Customer Success Manager to request this feature.

Chat

When you click on Chat, you can send your help request to the ServiceChannel Application Support team.

  1. Fill out your full name, email address, or sign in through social media, and type in the specific help you are seeking. Be descriptive!

  2. Click Start Chat.
