On the assets list, your assets appear in the form of summary cards. An asset summary card reflects key asset details as well as contains the Actions button for you to take the required action. If you cannot find the information you are interested in, deep dive into asset details by clicking the Asset tag ID.

Description of Key Asset Attributes
- Thermometer

Helps you identify at a glance all refrigerated and HVAC assets
Unique identification number (ID) of the asset entered manually upon creating an asset. Clicking the asset tag ID takes you to the asset details page. The asset tag turns red when an asset gets deactivated.

- Parent-asset

If an asset has circuits or/and components, you will see the blocks icon indicating that this asset has child assets.
- Warning sign

Tells about an open leak record associated with the asset
Decoded value contained in a barcode, QR code, or NFC tag that is applied to the asset. Asset tags are important if you use asset scanning.
Primary trade associated with the asset type
Name of the refrigerant type that your asset uses
The current amount of refrigerant gases contained in the asset
Condition of the asset (Broken, Poor, Average, Good, Excellent)
Model number of the asset
Serial number of the asset
ID of the location where the asset is housed
Address of the location where the asset is housed
Date of the latest update made to the asset data
Click the button to take action on the asset.
