Viewing and Accepting a Proposal in the Projects Module

RFPs that are received by service providers and resubmitted as proposals can be seen in Tasks List. This allows users to view, analyze, and eventually accept any RFPs submitted for a project.


⦿ How to View and Accept a Proposal

How to View PRP Details:

  1. Click the Select Proposal link in the RFP Task to open the proposals. 
  2. Click the PRP Details link to view the report.
  3. PRP Details appear in a new tab of the same browser. 

How to Select a Proposal:

  1. Click the Select Proposal link to open the proposals.
  2. Chose the Service Provider by clicking the Select Proposal button. The button turns into a message stating Current Choice.

When a RFP is selected, the Project Lifecycle status changes from Scoping in Progress to Has Scoped.
