Approving Proposals from the List View
You can view and accept a proposal from the work order list view without having to do so from the /wiki/spaces/UJNK/pages/560103501 list view. Additionally, you can decide whether proposal attachments should be automatically transferred to the work order. This supports the ability to review and approve proposals at a quicker rate.

Providers may offer a range of proposals for the same work order to better fit your needs and budget. When you have 2 or more proposals related to the same work order, you can act on all of them at once. You can decide to approve, reject, put on hold, open, or take no action on the desired proposals.
See Taking Action on Proposals Related to one Work Order for more information.
Configuring the multi-level proposal (MLP) approval is not required in order for the correct users to approve proposals from the list view but can work in conjunction.
When you are not the final approver in the MLP hierarchy, after reviewing and approving a proposal, it will be elevated to the next level, indicating that the proposal was reviewed. Once a proposal has gone through the MLP for final approval, it is indicated on the work order in the list view.
When you are the final approver in the MLP hierarchy, approving the proposal from the work orders list will move the proposal to the Approved status.
