Creating Users in Bulk without Invitations in Provider Automation

You can create users connected with your Provider Automation account by uploading a template where you specify users’ names, emails, passwords, and other information. Once the template has been successfully uploaded, users can log in to the account and start working without invitations.  


⦿ How to Create Users in Bulk without Invitations
  1. On the User Management page, click Bulk Create Users. 
  2. In the Bulk Create Users window, click Download to get the template or click Skip if you have the template. 


  3. Fill out the information in the template: 
    • User’s first and last names 
    • (Optional) User’s middle name 
    • User’s email and phone number 
    • User’s role: 
    • (Optional) User’s employee ID 

    • User’s password 


  4. Save the file in the .xlsx format. 
  5. In Step 2 of the Bulk Create Users window, click Choose and select the .xlsx file to upload. 


  6. In Step 2 click Upload to upload the file. 
  7. (Optional) Correct errors if there are any in Step 3 


If there are no errors, your users will be successfully uploaded to your account in the Active status. They get no invitations, so you can send them their credentials to log in to ServiceChannel.
