Search Statistic Visibility

The setting for Search Statistic Visibility determines whether service providers can see your company name in their search statistic when you either search for or view their profiles. When you set your company name to the “not visible” option, service providers will only see “Private” instead of your company name in the search statistic.

  1. Update the search statistic settings as desired:
    1. To make your company name visible - Check the Visible for search statistic box.
    2. To keep your company name private - Uncheck the Visible for search statistic box.

Frequency of Expiration Alerts

For Insurance and Diverse Contractor Certificate expiration notices, you may choose users to receive alerts on a weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly basis, or never.

You may manage other types of alerts through the Alerts Subscription page.

  2. Select the desired option for Diverse Contractors’ Certificate expiration alert. Users will now receive alerts as per the selected frequency.

Approval for Remittance Address Change

Accurate remittance address is crucial for making payments to service providers. While Compliance Manager allows you to approve remittance address changes made by service providers, we recommend you do not use this feature as it may cause delays for service providers in receiving payment. Simply update the service provider's address in your required systems and make future payments to the correct address.
