Creating Provider Pilot for a Newly Accepted Provider

In order to test new providers before giving the rank, you can create a provider pilot for them by giving them a work order goal to complete. 

⦿ How to Access Provider Pilot
  1. On the Hamburger menu, click Locations & Provider Assignments 
  2. On a newly accepted provider card in the Provider Assignment Waitlist section, click Pilot.

The Create Provider Pilot page opens.  

In Step 1: Pilot Settings section, you will see the selected provider.  


Should you need to select another provider, start the pilot process using the Pilot button in the upper-right corner of the Locations & Provider Assignment page, then, click Create Pilot. 


⦿ How to Create Provider Pilot for a Newly Accepted Provider
  1. In the Trades section, select up to 3 trades to set up the pilot process. 
  2. In the WO Goal section, enter the number of work orders for provider pilot. 
  3. (Optional) In the Email section, enter the mail recipient when the pilot period is over or ended by another user. 
  4. In Step 2: Locations and Ranks, select locations for testing. 

    For example, first specify LocationID, then select an option from the Choose dropdown menu. 


  5. Click Apply 
  6. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Save to launch pilot. 
    You will be directed to the Provider Pilot Table.
