Modifying General Configuration

General Configuration determines who can edit Work Orders, Proposals, and Invoices related to a project as they appear in other areas in Service Automation. When Work Orders and Proposals are entered into the Projects Module, it is associated with a Project ID. The purpose of this is to ensure who can edit any work related to a project. Non-edit users can only view the information related to a project in the Projects Module

Modifying General Configurations 

⦿ How to Modify General Configurations in Projects
  1. Enter Projects in Service Automation Administration
  2. Click the General Configuration Link to change the settings for viewing Work Orders, Invoices, and Proposals.
  3. Select the desired choice Work Orders, Invoices, and Proposals by clicking the Radio button next to the option
  4. Click the Save button to confirm the selections.
