Location Settings

Under Admin > Location Settings, administrators have the ability to manage Location Note Headers and set Business Hours for Locations

Location Note Headers are configurable fields that you can tailor to the requirements of your company. They include:

  • Square Footage
  • Brand Name
  • District / Regional Manager contact information
  • Landlord contact information
  • Lease Expiration Date
  • Open and Remodel Dates

You can control whether these fields are publicly visible throughout the ServiceChannel platform — such as on Work Orders or Dashboards — or marked as private.

Business Hours are configurable globally for all locations under Admin, and can control whether technicians can check in during after hours. You can override these global settings for each individual location in the Locations & Provider Assignments module.

Landlord Responsibility Overrides allows you configure the system globally or by specific location(s) to update work orders based on agreements with the landlord(s) in your lease(s).
