Managing Landlord Responsibility Overrides

Landlord Responsibility Overrides gives you the ability to setup work orders based on the lease agreement between you and the landlord of the specific and/or all location(s). Using the Admin setup allows for a global scan of work orders created at all locations based on Priority, Category, Provider Rank, and the ability to override the NTE to a new value. When utilized, it becomes the default overrides for all landlord responsibilities. Once the Landlord Responsibility Admin Override is set, it can be modified at any given time.

Prioritizing Overrides

When a Landlord Responsibility Override is implemented, there are other types of overrides in Service Automation that may influence the work order. The following order takes place when all overrides being utilized in Service Automation are:

  1. Asset Warranty
  2. Landlord Responsibility Overrides
  3. Dashboard Overrides via Conditions Tab from Issue List 
  4. Guided Troubleshooting via Fields Tab from Issue List


⦿ How to Set Up Default Landlord Responsibility Overrides
  1. Use the drop-down arrow to select a Priority
  2. Use the drop-down arrow to select a Category
  3. Use the drop-down arrow to select a Provider rank
  4. Optional: Click the checkbox if you want to change the NTE
  5. Optional: Use the textbox and enter a number for a currency amount
  6. Click the Save button to confirm the selections or changes
