Site Planning Manager in SC Mobile
Site Planning Manager is a module within the ServiceChannel Mobile app (or SC Mobile), used to inspect active locations and related assets. Within the app, you can inspect specified checklist items that live within checklists, while each checklist lives within an area.
Once a site audit is configured, an auditor is able to run an audit using those checklists as well as enter work orders based on found issues. Once an audit is submitted, you can then view audit reports detailing the full results of the audit. You can also make edits in Service Automation or in SC Mobile as needed for incomplete or completed audits if you have the Site Audit Editor role permission.
SC Mobile is available on both Apple iOS and Android devices.
Permissioned users with the Site Audit Auditor role will see the Site Planning module on the home page of SC Mobile.
