Viewing and Adding Notes and Attachments in SC Mobile

On the Notes tab of the work order details screen, you can see notes with additional info about the work order. Notes include the following:

  • Comments entered manually by employees and providers
  • Notes generated automatically by the system, such as when the work order status changes, or when the request is reassigned
  • Files attached to the work order
  • Any pinned note that is the current most important/pressing note for the work order

A number next to the blue envelope on a note indicates how many people were notified about a note added to a work order. Tap the envelope to view the email addresses of alert recipients.

⦿ How to Add a Note
  1. Go to the Notes tab on the desired work order.
  2. Tap Add Note or Attachment. The Add Note screen appears.
  3. Choose what you want to add to the work order — note, attachment(s), or both:

  5. Tap Next. On the Notifications screen, select the recipients you want to inform about the note. Provider's email address is selected by default. To add another email, tap Add Email, enter the address, and then tap Done.
