When Asset Meter Reading attributes for assets are created, you can enter data for within SC Mobile. Once the data has been entered, the information immediately becomes available under the Asset Reading tab.
⦿ How to Add Asset Meter Reading in SC Mobile
- Click the Manage Asset tile to select the Asset's location.
- Select a location to view their assets.
- Select an asset from the list to enter the Asset Meter Reading.
- Select an attribute and enter the reading.
- Enter the reading into the attribute.
- Optional: Enter a note for the reading entry.
- Click the Done button to submit the reading.
- Optional: View the reading entry in Service Automation.
Modifying Asset Meter Reading in SC Mobile
After inputting data, it cannot be changed within SC Mobile. Any changes or updates needed for the meter reading can be done in ServiceAutomation.
