Auditing Sites Using SC Mobile and Service Automation
Once Site Planning Manager is set up, your auditors can use the Site Planning module within the ServiceChannel Mobile app (or SC Mobile) or Service Automation to inspect active locations and related assets. Within the app, you can inspect specified checklist items that live within checklists, while each checklist lives within an area.
SC Mobile is available on both Apple iOS and Android devices.
Permissioned users with the Site Audit Auditor role will see the Audits section on the home page of SC Mobile.
Should you not see the Audits module, contact your ServiceChannel system administrator for access
Once an audit is configured, auditors can use SC Mobile or Service Automation to conduct the audit based on the checklists provided. See Starting a New Audit and Viewing the Details of the Audit Pages for more information on setting up and executing Site Planning Manager.
