Once a work order is complete, and a provider submits an invoice, you decide whether to approve the invoice for payment, take time to make a decision, or request the provider to resubmit the invoice. These are the last two steps of the work order lifecycle.

ServiceChannel Mobile lets you review invoices on the go and take action on them. You can:

  1. Filter and sort invoices.
  2. View invoice details.
  3. View a work order connected to the invoice.
  4. View and edit the GL code.
  5. Take action on an invoice.
  6. Take action on invoices in bulk.
