Managing Location

Locations page provides a list of all the locations added in the Location & Provider Assignments in Service Automation. The information includes:

  • Store ID
  • Store Name
  • Address

Viewing Linked and Unlinked Locations 

You are able to view and determine if a location has been assigned and linked to a floor plan by looking at the floor plan status, located across from the store id and name. When a location has been linked, a green circle icon displays along with the word Linked and when a location is unlinked, a grey circle icon displays along with the words Not Linked

Accessing Dashboard 2.0 

You can access Dashboard 2.0 in relation with the floor plan
⦿ How to Access Dashboard 2.0
  1. From the Locations page, select a location from the list.
  2. Click the Open Dashboard link to open Dashboard 2.0.
  3. A new window appears showing the dashboard with work orders created from the floor plan.
