On the Proposals tab of the Dashboard settings, you can configure whether you want to show proposals in Dashboard 2.0 and allow location managers to take action on proposals. You can also manage whether Dashboard users can modify the category of work orders linked to proposals. 

Configuring Proposal Settings


⦿ How to Adjust Proposal Settings
  1. In the upper-left corner, click the menu icon, and select Edit Dashboard Settings. The page for modifying Dashboard 2.0 settings opens.
  2. Navigate to the Proposals tab, and enable the options you need.

  3. Hover over the question mark icon to learn what each setting controls.
  4. Click Save Changes. A notification appears confirming that your changes have been applied.

Options Available on the Proposals Tab

You can adjust the following settings that affect how Dashboard users work with proposals:

  • Enable Proposals: Makes the Proposals module available in Dashboard 2.0:
    • Activates the Proposals tab on the Dashboard landing page, from which users can view proposals.Proposals tab on the Dashboard landing page
    • Adds the Proposal History page containing the history of submitted proposals.
  • View Only: Controls whether location managers can only view proposals or should also be allowed to take action on proposals.
  • Changeable Category: Allows Dashboard users to change the category of work orders associated with proposals (when users take action on the proposal).
