Viewing the Proposal History

You may want to view the history of submitted proposals. On the Proposal History page, you can see proposals in all statuses sent over the specified time period — the last 3, 6, or 12 months — but cannot take action on them. To process a proposal, go to the Approve Proposals page.
- In the hamburger menu, click View Proposal History.
You land on the Proposal History page. By default, the page shows proposals in all statuses sent over the last 3 months. See Viewing Proposals in Dashboard 2.0 to learn more about the proposal details available here and find out how to sort proposals and filter them by submission time.
Viewing the History of Actions Taken on a Proposal
Both on the Approve Proposals and the Proposal History page, the color of the info icon in the History column allows you to identify which proposals have a history of actions performed on them:
- A red icon denotes there is no history of actions for the proposal.
- A blue icon suggests there were actions taken on the proposal.
- On the proposals list, locate the proposal for which you want to view the history of actions.
- Click the blue info icon in the History column.
On the page that opens, you can view all actions taken on the proposal. See the table below for details.
Column | Description |
---|---|
Created Date | Date when the specified action was performed |
Status | Status assigned to the proposal upon performing the action or the action itself |
Created By | User ID of the employee who took the action. If the MLP configuration is set up, the action may be triggered by an automatic MLP process, so you see a name of the system action instead of a user ID in this column. |
Level | Level in the MLP hierarchy the proposal is at before the action is taken — if the MLP configuration is enabled |
Assign To | Level in the MLP hierarchy the proposal is moved to upon performing the action |
Comment | Comment on the action performed |
To print a report or save it as a printable file, click Print. To get back to the proposals list, click Back to Report.
