Checking for Refrigerant Assets per Location

Work orders can be generated with the primary trade of HVAC or Refrigeration with no refrigerant asset(s) attached. When this happens, Service Automation detects these type of work orders and the flow of adding refrigerant and reporting a leak is removed, thus, allowing for the refrigerant work order flow to change. This flow takes place when no refrigerant assets held at a specific location. FTM and external providers who are servicing these work orders will not experience the refrigerant workflow. The flow of refrigerant occurs when a match between the trade on the work order and primary trade or additional trade of an asset type of refrigerant assets held at a specific location.

When these types of work orders are edited, you will not see the leak and refrigerant questions. This confirms any work order with HVAC or Refrigeration trade without any refrigerant asset attached and no refrigerant asset held at location does not encounter the adding refrigerant flow.
