Refrigeration Administration

Refrigeration Tracking Manager (RTM) requires that users set the stage for their company to manage, track and report on their refrigerated assets. The preparation for companies includes:

  • Conversation with your Customer Success Managerto have RTM turned on for your company, including the various features that add additional options and customization
  • Designation of Refrigerant Tracking Administrators within your organization
  • Designation of refrigeration technicians, either internal (company employees) or external technicians (provider employees)
  • Setting up of inventory locations that house refrigerant gasses
  • Loading of refrigerated assets into Asset Manager
  • Setting Leak Rate Thresholds & Calculation Methods 
  • Setting up refrigerated assets in the Dashboard Issue List including troubleshooting messages
