Managing Existing Budgets

You can always adjust your budget amounts and specifications or delete a budget if needed. 

Uploading a New Template  

If there are changes, you can always complete and upload a new template.  

Note that 1 fiscal calendar can have only 1 active budget template. Other uploaded templates with the same fiscal periods will override the previous budget template data. 

⦿ How to Upload a New Template to an Existing Budget
  1. On the hamburger menu, click Admin > Budget Insights.


  2. In the Budget dropdown, select the needed budget.


  3. In the Budget Template section, click the Upload History button to reveal the history of the latest template uploaded.



  4. Download a previously uploaded template or a blank template. 
  5. Make changes to the existing template or fill out a blank one 
  6. Save the template to your computer in the .xlsx format. 
  7. Click Upload Template and select the file from your computer.


  8. (Optional) Correct the errors in the template if there are any. 


Deleting a Budget 

You can delete a budget if you no longer need it.  

⦿ How to Delete a Budget
  1. On the hamburger menu, click Admin > Budget Insights.


  2. In the Budget dropdown, select the needed budget.


  3. In the bottom right corner of the page, click Delete Budget.



  4. Confirm your action.
