Accessing Supply Manager

Once you access Supply Manager, you will be able to search for products in your configured catalogs.

⦿ How to Access Supply Manager
  1. Log in to ServiceChannel with your login credentials.
  2. Open the Dashboard (if you are a user who logs into ServiceAutomation). 

  3. From the hamburger menu, select Request Supply Order.

    The name of the Request Supply Order menu option is configurable. Should you not see this name, please ask your ServiceChannel Administrator.



The main page of Supply Manager appears. 

There are 3 main navigation areas: 

  • Navigation bar: Allows quick access to the shopping cart and punchout catalogs (External Shops). 


  • Search section: Allows searching for catalogs and products. 


  • Classifications Shop View: Allows access to items in all catalogs.
