Creating a Supply Manager Order from a Punchout Catalog

After selecting items from the punchout supplier’s online store and pulling the cart back into Supply Manager / ServiceChannel, you can do one of the following before submitting your final ServiceChannel order: 

  • Review products in the shopping cart and submit your final order. 
  • Add more products from the punchout and hosted catalogs, review products in the shopping cart and submit a Supply Manager order. The parts order will be split into multiple ServiceChannel tracking numbers / orders based on suppliers. 

Reviewing Products in the Shopping Cart

After confirming chosen products in the supplier’s online store, you need to complete your request by submitting the order in ServiceChannel. There, you can review the list of products.

⦿ How to Review the List of Products

After redirection from the supplier’s online store, you can see the list of chosen products. 

The Shopping Cart  icon on the navigation bar shows the number of selected products.


From the shopping cart, you can delete unnecessary products. However, you cannot change the quantity or add new products. If you want to change the quantity or add any product, you will have to select products in the supplier’s online store before the cart is transferred back into Supply Manager. 

⦿ How to Delete a Product from the List in ServiceChannel
  1. Click the Trash  icon right to the products you want to remove from your cart. 
  2. Click Ok in the popup window to confirm the action. 


Submitting a Supply Manager Order

When you are satisfied with the items in your cart, you are ready to submit your Supply Manager order.  

⦿ How to Submit an Order
  1.  Click the Submit button above or below the list of products.



  2. In the popup window,enter yourfirst and lastname and click Continue.



    The new Supply Managerorder starts generating.

    During order generation, you can see a message with the tracking number of your Supply Manager order. Copy this number before closing the tab to search for your order.


  3. Close the browser tab per the order confirmation message


    The browser tab with the Dashboard should remain open. If not, log in to ServiceChannel again. 

When your shopping cart contains products from different catalogs and suppliersServiceChannel will create separate orders for each supplier related to your cart.
