Viewing Proposals in Dashboard 2.0

In this article, you will learn about the proposal details available on the Approve Proposals and the Proposal History pages.

Viewing Proposal Details

Both the page for taking action on proposals and the page for viewing the proposal history list key proposal details.

Approve Proposals page from which you can take action on proposals

Atop the proposals list, you can see the total number of proposals and their total amount. Below are proposal statuses and their color codes.

Once a proposal gets approved or rejected, it disappears from the Approve Proposals page. You can view proposals in the Approved or Rejected status only on the Proposal History page.

Refer to the table below to find out what proposal details are available on the proposals list in Dashboard 2.0.

Please, contact your ServiceChannel representative should you need to change the decimal point (.) to decimal comma (,) on non-monetary amounts, such as: 

  • Hours and Duration 
  • Quantity Amounts 
  • Weight.

Click the proposal number to navigate to the /wiki/spaces/UJNK/pages/1400177520.

Should you need to change the decimal point (.) to decimal comma (,) on monetary amounts, contact your ServiceChannel representative. 

Tracking#

Tracking number of the associated work order — if available

Hover over the tracking number to view the /wiki/spaces/SCULOC/pages/578980616.

If the work order has an attached file, you see this icon  next to the WO tracking number. Hover over the icon to view the attachment details in a tooltip.

Provider NameName of the provider company that submitted the proposal
Action

This column is available only on the Approve Proposals page.

Contains the Go button that you can click to navigate to the page for taking action on the proposal — approve, put on hold, reject, edit, or assign

History

Shows an info icon indicating whether the proposal has a history of actions:

  • A red icon  denotes there is no history of actions for the proposal.
  • A blue icon  suggests there were actions taken on the proposal. Click the icon to navigate to the detailed history of actions.

Filtering and Sorting Proposals

You may sort proposals and filter them by submission time using the dropdowns in the upper-right corner of the proposals list.

  • Select the time period for which you want to view submitted proposals — the last 3, 6, or 12 months.
  • Sort proposals by the proposal number, date, status, or name of the provider company that sent the proposal.
