The Invoice Module has two pages: Approve Invoices and View Invoice History.

Viewing Invoices in the Dashboard

On both pages you will see the following:

  • The Dashboard bar displays the total number of open invoices and the total amount of all invoices.
  • The work order Legend appears above the top-left of the table, identifying each invoice status by color.
  • In the Invoice# column, click the link to navigate to the generated invoice.
  • In the Invoice Date column, review the date the invoice was generated.
  • In the Inv.Amount column, review the amount of the total invoice, including taxes and fees.
  • In the Tracking# column, click the icon to view all attachments to the invoice (if available), or hover over the tracking number to view the work order summary.
  • In the Proposal# column, click the link to navigate to the proposal generated for the associated work order (if available).
  • In the Provider Name column, review the service provider who completed the job listed on the work order.
  • In the History column, click the icon to view all actions taken on the related invoice:
    • A red information icon  indicates there is no history for the invoice. Invoices in the Open invoice status will not have a history.
    • A blue information icon  indicates there is a history of actions taken on the invoice.
    • The Sort by drop-down menu allows you to sort invoices by Invoice #, Invoice Date, Invoice Status, or Vendor.
    • The View Invoice History has additional sorting:
    • The Period drop-down menu allows you to sort invoices from the past 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
