Review/Feedback for Work Orders

Work order completion can be marked using either the Provider Reviews and Ratings system or the legacy Feedback system, should you continue using it.

In this system, you can mark the work order completion, and also rate the performance using a star system.

Feedback System

With this, you can mark the work order as Satisfactory or Unsatisfactory.
