Once your manager provides you with a PIN, you can access the ServiceChannel Provider mobile app.

Use the PIN that your manager has provided to you to sign in to the SC Provider mobile app.
⦿ How to Log Into SC Provider with a PIN
Open the SC Provider mobile app.
On the login screen, tap PIN, and enter your PIN in the text field.
Tap Login.
The WOs search screen appears.
Accepting a Work Order Via Email
When you accept a work order from an email using your phone, the SC Mobile App will pop up and automatically log you in, pulling up the work order you just accepted.
If you are already logged in under a different pin, you will receive an error message stating “Access Denied.”
If you do not have the app installed on your phone, it will prompt you to download the app.
Forgetting Your PIN
As for now, you cannot retrieve a forgotten PIN using the SC Provider mobile app. You should contact your manager or your ServiceChannel admin.
